Electric Blue was formed in Turin in the spring of 2018, with a clear goal: to bring The Cranberries' music to life on stage while staying true to the spirit of the Irish band.

The band was born in spring 2018 from an idea by Aldo, the bassist, who set out to find members to build a tribute to one of his all-time favourite bands, The Cranberries, and to Dolores O'Riordan's magnificent voice. Ilaria, on vocals and guitar, soon joined the group.

Since 2019, the band has played hundreds of shows, becoming a regular presence in the main venues of Turin and Cuneo, and bringing the tribute to Aosta Valley, Friuli and Tuscany as well. Beyond the border, Electric Blue has played the Hard Rock Hotel in Davos (Switzerland) and performed in Germany, the UK and, above all, in Ireland — The Cranberries' homeland.

Since June 2026, the band has a new line-up: Ilaria on vocals and guitar, Aldo on bass, Francesco on guitar, Riccardo on drums. 

Same name, same spirit, new energy on stage.
